Hines announced that 1125 Seventeenth Street has signed 66,000 square feet of new leases in 2025, further strengthening occupancy at the recently renovated downtown Denver office tower to over 80%. This leasing momentum highlights the building’s appeal across a diverse mix of industries.

Among the new activity at 1125 Seventeenth Street, Guzman Energy, a wholesale power provider, has expanded its footprint in the building by 5,000 square feet to now occupy an entire floor, totaling 21,000 square feet. Kurtz Fargo, Colorado’s largest locally owned and Colorado-focused accounting firm, has leased 7,000 square feet for its accounting operations. Additionally, a business technology firm has signed a lease for 28,000 square feet and various law firms have leased a combined total of 27,000 square feet of space.

1125 Seventeenth Street’s recent $25 million renovation introduced a reimagined lobby with high-end finishes and dedicated concierge services, a new tenant lounge, executive board room, conference facilities, and a state-of-the-art wellness center featuring spa-quality locker rooms and fully equipped mother’s rooms.
