(HOUSTON) – More than 150 real estate professionals, customers, and potential clients toured newly furnished model homes by Arthur Rutenberg Homes, CornerStone Homes, and Cottage Home Company at the recent Model Homes Grand Opening in Palencia’s Costa del Sol neighborhood, the last estate-home neighborhood within Palencia.
Guests were delighted by the uniquely custom features of the Costa del Sol model homes with water and golf views. With food prepared by Anthony’s Catering, invited guests toured each of the three models which included hors d’oeuvres and unique cuisine as well as entertainment at each venue. Palencia resident, Eva Karjono, violinist, entertained with classics at one model home, while a Spanish guitarist and a wonderful vocalist delighted guests at the other two models.
Cottage Home Company showcased The Hampton model home, with cedar shake siding, four bedrooms and four and a half-baths. The Hampton features a bonus room with a balcony overlooking the golf course and a lake, high-end appliances like Wolf and Sub-zero, making it a cook’s dream kitchen.
The Arthur Rutenberg Homes’ model offering, The Castellina, is a four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath, 4,769-square-foot model featuring a bonus room and second floor club room with balcony.
