Hines has acquired a 12-acre site strategically located in Farnham, South-East England. The land, acquired on behalf of the Hines European Property Partners III (HEREP III) is allocated for strategic employment uses and is located immediately adjacent to a food superstore and industrial area. Hines is now working up plans for 200,000 sq ft of industrial, warehousing and open storage with completion expected in 2026.
