Hines and Bayerische Versorgungskammer Celebrate Topping-out Ceremony for new Residential Project in the FÜRstenried West Quarter

The topping-out ceremony for Haus Rotondo marks a visible milestone for one of Munich's most exciting residential projects. This 18-story architectural landmark within Munich's FÜRstenried West district, offers 93 rental apartments spread across 7,500 square meters of thoughtfully designed living space. Complementing the residential units are community-focused amenities such as a commercial unit, a neighborhood gym, and a shared rooftop terrace. Completion is planned for early 2026, marking another move forward in redefining urban living.

Part of a broader, ambitious plan, the FÜRstenried West district is undergoing a critical transformation. As one of Munich’s largest housing projects, it aims to deliver approximately 620 rental apartments by 2030, with a third designated as socially subsidized housing. The renewal integrates modern structures with refurbished 1970s buildings with the aim of combining urgently needed living space with a high quality of life.
