Hines announced the signing of a new lease agreement for office space within the Wola Center complex in Warsaw, Poland. The new tenant is VHV Informatyka Sp. z o.o., a digital transformation pioneer and a member of the international VHV Group.
VHV Informatyka has leased over 420 square meters of office space on the fifth floor of the building, along with dedicated parking spaces. The lease has been signed for a term of five years.
The complex comprises 34,930 square meters of office, coworking, and retail space. Tenants enjoy a host of premium amenities, such as a stylish courtyard, green rooftop terraces, and comprehensive cyclist infrastructure with bike racks and showers.
