Hines has announced that the Workstation office and services building, which it manages on behalf of a third-party client, has leased new space in this 37,000 m2 complex located on the banks of the Seine at the entrance to Paris La Défense. Workstation will soon be welcoming kShuttle, a leading SaaS software provider dedicated to financial and ESG regulatory reporting. The arrival of this twelfth tenant completes Workstation's tertiary ecosystem, based on a mix of users from a wide variety of sectors.
