Hines Signs New Lease at Ambassador Office Building in Warsaw

(WARSAW) – Hines, the global real estate firm, has announced a new seven-year lease to clothing company Local Heroes at its Ambassador Office Building, owned by the Hines Poland Sustainable Income Fund (“HPSIF”). The new tenant will initially occupy 570 square meters of office space on the 1st floor, with plans to extend this to 651 square meters later this year.

Monika Igła, leasing manager at Hines, said: “The Ambassador Office Building is a great space for rapidly growing companies who are looking for a professional and social environment for their teams. As well as being a high-quality office facility, tenants are drawn to the area because of its proximity to the metro station and the Wilanowska transport hub, and the variety of services and amenities available in the neighborhood, such as retail outlets and shops.”

Katarzyna Lipiec, chief administrative officer at Local Heroes, adds: “Hines is a good business partner and has constantly provided us with a high level of service. The space we have leased at the Ambassador Office Building will provide the perfect workspace for our staff, and the flexibility to take additional space later this year that will support our growth.”

Ambassador Office Building is a modern, Class-A facility, offering approximately 16,500 square meters of high-quality office and retail space. The building is located at the intersection of Domaniewska and Pęcherska Streets in a dynamically developing part of the Mokotów district. Due to its strategic location, the office building is well connected to other parts of the city with the Wilanowska metro station and a bus terminal situated nearby.

Tenants have access to a car park with 297 spaces and extensive infrastructure for cyclists, including racks and a locker room with showers. Ambassador Office Building has a BREEAM certificate and is covered by HinesGO (Hines GREEN OFFICE) program, which was created to promote pro-ecological attitudes and solutions among HPSIF tenants.

Local Heroes was advised in the leasing process by Hunters Real Estate.
