Tenants Renew Leases at Hines’ Ambassador Office Building

(WARSAW, POLAND) – Hines, the international real estate firm, today announced lease renewals at Ambassador, a 16,436-square-meter, Class A office building in the rapidly developing business district of Mokotów. New transactions with existing tenants DSV ISS and Electronic Arts cover over 6,600 square meters (71,041 square feet) of office space.

DSV ISS, an international provider of transport and logistics services, renewed its lease and added to its office space. DSV ISS was represented by Colliers International.

“The building meets our requirements for modern office space in terms of location, quality of finishes and property management standards. With the growth of our firm in Poland, renewal and expansion at Ambassador were a natural choice,” commented Thomas Janson, president of the management board, DSV.

Electronic Arts, a producer and publisher of computer and video games, has renewed its lease of the entire 10th floor of the building. Electronic Arts offers such brands as FIFA, The Sims, Battlefield, Need for Speed, Medal of Honour, Dragon Age and Mass Effect. Electronic Arts was represented by JLL.

“An undeniable advantage of Ambassador is the original design of the building, as well as its convenient location near the Wilanowska Metro station and important road junctions, which enable convenient transport connections to other Warsaw districts,” commented Jarosław Kędziąr, country manager, Electronic Arts.

“Global renowned companies appreciate the potential of the facility and remain long-standing tenants. We are proud that we can provide our clients with comfortable work environments that support growth,” said Łukasz Pawikowski, Hines Polska Asset Manager.
