Hines and Cousins Properties, the Atlanta-based REIT, developed 10000 Avalon, a 252,025-square-foot Class A office development in Atlanta.
10000 Avalon is the second and final office building in Avalon, a leading mixed-use development in North Atlanta. The 10-story building is adjacent to Hines and Cousins’ successful 8000 Avalon office development that was delivered in June 2017. Construction on 10000 Avalon commenced in July 2018 and completed in Q2 2020.
