In 2016, Hines was retained by Franklin Street Properties as property manager for 1999 Broadway, a 680,277-square-foot Class A office tower located in the Denver’s central business district. Completed in 1985, the 43-story green glass tower is bounded by 19th and 20th Streets, California and Broadway.
