Ceylon has seven floors and forms the eastern core of Überseequartier Nord. It comprises 5,400 square meters of residential space and 1,400 square meters of retail space. The ground floor features a generous 5.4-meter high ceiling and ceiling-height windows overlooking the Uberseeboulevard and Osakaallee. The restaurants extend out onto open spaces that can be used by customers in the summer.
