Britannia Technology Park is a HUSPP Class A industrial asset comprised of four warehouses, located in the Otay Mesa submarket of San Diego, CA. The first phase of the project was acquired in June 2022 and the second was was acquired in October 2023. The assets are managed by Hines West LLC.
