In 2019, Hines acquired CBX Tower, a 526,871-square-foot (48,900-square-meter) office tower located in the business district of La Défense.
Completed in 2005 and renovated in 2017, the 32-story tower is among the latest generation of tall buildings constructed in La Défense, providing grade-A office space and a full scope of services and high-end amenities including an 80-seat auditorium, a fitness studio with panoramic views, high-end food and beverage offerings, and a rooftop terrace garden.
CBX Tower is visible from the esplanade and easily reached from La Défense transportation hub. It is 100% leased.
