In 2018, Hines, on behalf of its European Core Fund (HECF), acquired Chatham & King, a 111,580-square-foot mixed-used development in Dublin.
Located adjacent to Grafton Street and St. Stephen's Green in the heart of the city center, Chatham & King is occupied by notable retailers including Zara, Qualtrics and H&M.
The second phase of the asset is to be developed by Lone Star and completed in 2020. Phase 2 will include 26,016 square feet of office space, 15,597 square feet of retail, and six for-rent apartment units.
