Completed in 1987, Columbia Square is a 13-story office building located in the Pennsylvania Avenue area just east of the White House in Washington, D.C. The 601,003-square-foot building features a grand 13-story atrium accented by 30-foot-high columns that support cantilevered offices overlooking the open space. The project includes 45,935 square feet of retail space and parking for 429 cars in an underground garage. The building's facade is clad in rose and light gray granite with windows of dual-pane gray glass. Columbia Square features a private dining club, banking facilities, a full-service fitness center and a carryout restaurant. Metro subway access is located directly underneath the building. High-speed Internet service access is available.
