Hines, together with global real estate investor Ivanhoé Cambridge, are developing Corporativo Neuchatel, the first office building within the Cuadrante Neuchatel master planned community located in the heart of Mexico City. Corporativo Neuchatel will be built alongside two adjacent residential towers currently under construction.
Corporativo Neuchatel will be Mexico City’s first truly high-performance office building, featuring 19 floors of Class A office space with 24,200-square-foot floor plates. Designed by global firm HOK, the office building is being built to the highest architectural and structural specifications, meeting or surpassing international building code for mechanical, electrical and safety specifications.
Corporativo Neuchatel offers amenities such as an exclusive use fitness center and gym with country club-style locker rooms, a fully staffed conference center and coworking space along with a bicycle parking and electric vehicle charging stations. The base of the building features a hospitality-inspired lobby with integrated café, as well as a library lobby lounge.
