In 2021, Hines acquired Das Goethe in Munich on behalf of a French investor. Das Goethe is comprised of approximately 5,200 square meters of high quality residential apartments and 2,950 square meters of retail space leased to REWE and dm-Drogeriemarkt. The 74 apartments offer compact city apartments as well as loft living. In addition, 76 parking stalls are available in an underground parking garage.
Das Goethe is located in Goethestrasse 30-34 in Munich in close proximity to the central station as well as to the Munich old town with the shopping high streets and all touristic hotspots.
Hines will serve as asset manager for Das Goethe.
