In 2019, Hines acquired two plots of land totaling more than 110,000 square meters in Hamm, Germany, to develop the Distribution Park Hamm. The logistics complex consists of two buildings designed for maximum flexibility and efficiency. The project is DGNB Platinum certified and meets the highest sustainability standards. Among other things, this is achieved through CO2-neutral operation, unsealing, improved insulation and a cradle-to-cradle approach. The property was sold in 2022.
