In 2007, the Hines CalPERS Brazil Fund II (HCB II) acquired a site located in the northern region of Manaus, Brazil, on which Hines developed Distribution Park Manaus. Completed in 2010, Distribution Park Manaus is a two-building, 1,131,861-square-foot distribution and logistics park that was developed for both speculative and build-to-suit tenants.
