Ivanhoé Cambridge and Hines, serving as development manager, partnered to design and build Duo Towers in Paris.
Located in the city’s 13th arrondissement on the Left Bank of the River Seine, Duo Towers is a mixed-use project (office, hotel and retail) of over 100,000 sqm.
The tallest tower, Duo no. 1, is the third tallest building in Paris (160 m) after the Eiffel Tower and the Montparnasse Tower.
The project completed in 2022.
