Constructed in 2022 and 2023, the Exchange @ 92 campus includes three state-of-the-art industrial buildings totaling 337,000-square-feet and one build-to-suit data center building totaling 298,00,000-square-feet with exceptional highway visibility and access. The industrial buildings have up to 4,000 AMPs of power available with 32’ and 36’ clear heights. The project was designed by HPA Architecture and Salas O’Brien and constructed by HITT Contracting.
