Constructed in 2022 and 2023, the Exchange at 92 campus includes 3 state-of-the-art industrial buildings totaling 337K square feet and one build-to-suit data center building totaling 298K square feet with exceptional highway visibility and access. The three industrial buildings have up to 4,000 AMPs of power available with 32’ and 36’ clear heights. The Project was designed by HPA Architecture and Salas O’Brien and constructed by HITT Contracting. The Project is owned in partnership with MetLife Investment Management.
