Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) Headquarters

Hines served as development manager for Fidelity National Information Services’ (FIS) new world headquarters in Jacksonville. The 12-story, 379,000-square-foot building is located directly on the St. Johns River offering stunning river and downtown views, modern workspaces, outdoor terraces, a café, fitness and wellness facilities, and a client engagement center. The building is a landmark addition to the Jacksonville skyline. Designed by Gensler, the project is LEED Platinum and WELL certified. The building opened in September 2022.
