In 2010, Hines Global REIT acquired Hock Plaza. The 12-story, 327,160-square-foot office building is adjacent to Duke University in the North Durham submarket of Durham, North Carolina. Designed by Brockwell Associates, the post-modern building was completed in 2004.
Hines sold Hock Plaza in December 2017, but continues to act as property manager.
