K9 is a 2,586 square metre asset acquired by Hines in 2020. Developed in 1996, the property is located on the prominent shopping street Kärtner Strasse in Vienna's historical city centre.
As Asset Manager, Hines is repositioning the building and leasing the retail, office and residential units. By modernising the upper building floors and winning Nespresso and Marc O'Polo as tenants, Hines has created a new trophy building on this well-known street.
