In 2005, Hines, on behalf of its European Development Fund, partnered with Gecina to develop L'Angle, a nine-story 123,075-square-foot office building located in the Boulogne-Billancourt district of Paris. Designed by Jean-Paul Viguier, the building was completed in 2008, and then sold under a 2005 partnership agreement between Gecina and Hines to develop and sell a portfolio of four buildings-L'Angle, Khapa, Horizons and Anthos.
