The complex will contain five high-rise for-sale residential towers ranging from 35-37 stories and containing 931 units totaling 1,615,000 square feet; an 891,542-square-foot commercial center which includes 432,403 square feet of retail shopping and 459,139 square feet of for-sale business apartments; and parking for 700 cars.
