Hines has partnered with the Shapoorji Pallonji group (“SP”) to develop five towers comprising 1,030 for sale residential apartments. The project is part of a larger 48-acre township in Central Bengaluru and will be completed in two phases. Hines’ role in the project is of an allocator and advisor.
The township is one of the largest residential developments in Bengaluru and has been designed by RSP, Singapore. It features 34 acres of lush landscape and open spaces with 1,000+ trees and a 56,000-square-foot club spread over four acres.
The project site is located in the heart of Bengaluru city and in close proximity to the CBD. It has excellent connectivity from all parts of the city through roads and metro. The micro market is an established residential neighborhood with completed and under construction projects by reputed developers in the vicinity along with accompanying social infrastructure.
