South Dock is a high-quality residential waterfront project in the fastest growing city district of Amsterdam. It consists of four blocks, with the highest block reaching 645 feet (60 meters) tall and 18 floors high. The project includes apartments, commercial space, public gardens and ample parking. Each apartment features a balcony or terrace and a fully equipped bathroom and kitchen with high-level finishes. South Dock is well connected to the city center and has an Energy Label A along with heat recovery system, HR++ glass windows and solar panels. Construction began in 2020 and was completed in 2022.
