Designed by Von Gerkan, Marg und Partner (GMP), Kahlfeldt and Burelli, Upper Eastside Berlin consists of five buildings, each with its own architectural identity, that form a unified and yet varied project. The façades are high-grade Roman travertine throughout, picking up on the traditional architectural colors along the Linden Avenue and adding a touch of luxury. The eight-story complex along Berlin's number-one promenade is built around a spacious, landscaped inner courtyard.
Completed in 2008, Upper Eastside Berlin offers its tenants 347,846 square feet of exclusive retail, office and residential space in a prime location. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired in terms of convenience, quality and functionality. Tenants have access to 200 underground parking spaces.
