Hines served as the Development Manager for a corporate campus renovation at VMware (now Broadcom), which included 11 buildings and three parking structures, totaling more than 1.8 million square feet. Approximately half of the existing buildings on the campus, acquired by VMware from Roche Pharmaceutical, underwent extensive renovations, while the remaining structures were newly constructed.
