Wroclaw DP (WRO1) is a 123,499-square-meter build-to-suit distribution center acquired by Hines on behalf of the Hines Pan-European Core Fund (HECF) in 2020.
The building was constructed in 2014 and is fully leased by the leader of the e-commerce industry. It is equipped with an intelligent building management system (BMS) and motion sensors in various zones. The strengths of the facility include not only the size and the scope of the asset, but also modern solutions useful in servicing the rapidly growing e-commerce market.
