Villaverde, acquired by the Hines Pan-European Core Fund in 2020, is a modern urban logistics park occupied by a single tenant. Located within Madrid's ring road (M45), the property is about 10 kilometers from the center of Madrid. The logistics park comprises a site extending to 286,300 square feet (26,605 square meters) occupied by two units extending to a total NRA of 188,000 square feet (17,474 square meters).
Villaverde Logistics will serve as Ontime’s Spanish headquarters campus and comprises two units. Unit 1 is an existing multi-level last-mile logistics warehouse and Unit 2 is a purpose-built cross dock warehouse.
