Andrew is a Senior Managing Director Business Development, and Enterprise Accounts Americas. He is responsible for all enterprise accounts and business development for Management Services across Brazil, Canada, Mexico, Panama, and the United States. He is the senior relationship officer responsible for management services for JP Morgan Chase’s New York, Washington D.C, Chicago, and Plano-owned and leased locations, including their global headquarters and other trophy assets, a total of 21 buildings across 10 million square feet.
During this tenure at Hines, Andrew has managed teams supporting management services functions, including coordination of JP Morgan Chase construction and project management, sustainability and engineering consulting, and advisory services. He has led a talented team of more than 500 direct and indirect reports and steadfastly supports the firm’s idea that the Hines employee is the company’s greatest asset. He believes growing and retaining employees is fundamental to Hines’ and each assignment’s success. Andrew joined Hines in 1994 and brings over three decades of experience leading real estate property and facility management teams with expertise in Class A commercial office and corporate occupier space.
In addition to his significant contributions to the business, Andrew is a leader within the Hines community. He fortifies the firm’s culture through his work as an active member of the OneHines Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leadership Committee and his enthusiastic mentorship of students interested in exploring the built environment through the Project Destined Mentorship Program. He was recently selected as one of Crain’s New York’s Notable Black Leaders and Executives and appointed to the Dominican College Board of Trustees.
Andrew earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management/Marketing from the Texas A&M University System. Outside his day-to-day responsibilities at Hines, he enjoys drone landscape and beachscape videography and photography.
