Hines' New York office has a strong presence in the commercial real estate sector, with over 24 million square feet of office space and signature developments like One Vanderbilt, One Madison, and 555 Greenwich. The firm has been an active developer, investor, acquirer, and property manager in the district as well as throughout Northern Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania.
