Chicago has served as home base to Hines' Midwest Region office since 1986. The firm's first project in the Windy City was Three First National Plaza. In subsequent years, Hines has developed, acquired and managed a wide spectrum of properties including 300 North LaSalle and River Point, both overlooking the Chicago River and One South Dearborn in the Central Loop. Current priorities include development of Wolf Point and The Lincoln Common. Other major cities in the region where Hines has key projects include Detroit; Minneapolis, MN; and Oklahoma City.
