What to Expect from the Program
ABC Week for Summer Analysts
Held during your first week, our Analyst Boot Camp consists of introductions to our culture and real estate trainings to leverage in the internship and beyond.
Capstone Presentation
With guidance from our designated mentors, you will present on a real estate topic of your choice at the commencement of our internship experience.
Community Service Day
We encourage our employees to give back to our communities and you'll participate in a group Community Service Project of your choice.
Site Tours and Visits
You'll have insider access to local construction sites and property tours executed by our teams responsible for these world-renowned developments.
Lunch and Learns
Our leaders from across the firm will host lunch for you to network and learn more about a wide variety of company functions.

Skyline Scholars
Skyline Scholars is an educational training program to help introduce the vast world of opportunities within the commercial real estate industry to early college students from underrepresented diverse backgrounds. Skyline Scholars will introduce students to industry concepts and skills while networking with Hines leadership responsible for shaping skylines with our diverse portfolio of properties around the globe. Awareness of our field’s career opportunities, access to real estate skills trainings, and introductions to our team members will best arm the next generation of leaders with the knowledge and skills to land a possible internship and/or full-time opportunities at Hines.

The Application Process
Real Estate Development and Investment Internship Program
Applications open late summer and close by end of September. Ideal applicants are current college juniors who are interested in careers in commercial real estate development and investment management. Students from any academic discipline will be considered; however, strong math/quantitative aptitude and interest is required.
Skyline Scholars
Skyline Scholars applications open at the beginning of each Spring semester. Ideal applicants are current college freshmen and/or sophomores from underrepresented diverse backgrounds and are interested in learning more about the commercial real estate industry.
Summer Associate Internship Program
Applications open in October and close late fall. Ideal applicants are first year MBAs with two or more years of related work experience.
