Antonio Ferreira Rosa

Ferreira is Senior Managing Director and Head of Brazil. He is responsible for all development, acquisitions, financing, marketing, dispositions, and operations in the country. Under his leadership, Hines Brazil has developed, managed and completed multiple residential, mixed-use, office and industrial projects in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Manaus.

Ferreira joined Hines in 2016 after serving for five years as Managing Director of Real Estate at GP Investments. Before 2011, he spent 16 years with Gafisa S.A., one of the largest residential developers in Brazil. During his tenure at Gafisa, Ferreira participated directly in the launch and development of more than 200 projects, among 23 cities throughout Brazil.

Ferreira earned a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from the University of São Paulo and a degree in business from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
