Catherine Yan

Ms. Yan serves as Managing Director,Finance and Accounting responsible for accounting, controls and compliance, as well as project debt financing for the Hines Asia Pacific Region. She is actively involved in all investor relations and is responsible for overseeing individual project accounting and finance teams, including Hyundai Motor Tower, Park Avenue Beijing, 21st Century Tower, Park Avenue Dalian and One Museum Place. She works closely with the regional officers and Hines Central on Hines Asia Pacific finance and accounting activities. Since joining the firm in 2004, she has held several roles including Project Accountant, Financial Controller, and Director of Finance and Accounting for Hines China.

Yan earned her Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of British Columbia, Sauder School of Business.
