Christine Delucchi is the Global Head of Marketing and Communications at Hines and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. She leads global marketing, communications, operations, and shared services, serving as a strategic partner in capital raising, corporate reputation, and enterprise growth.

Christine joined Hines in 2022, bringing over 30 years of experience leading marketing and communications across real estate, financial services, consulting, hospitality, and retail. Her expertise spans both B2B and B2C markets and is rooted in an entrepreneurial foundation—having founded and scaled two firms. In 2016, she sold her company to Streetsense, where she drove growth and global expansion before its acquisition by CBRE. She later served as Chief Growth Officer and sat on the joint venture board overseeing governance of the CBRE partnership.

Her multi-sector experience and strength in brand, growth, and transformation strategy position her to lead Hines’ global marketing in an increasingly competitive landscape.

Christine is an active member of Chief, ULI, the Wall Street Journal CMO Network, and the ANA CMO Growth Council. She also serves on The Conference Board’s Corporate Communications and Global Marketing Councils.

She earned her BA in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma.
