Lane Gardner

Mr. Gardner is a senior managing director responsible for identifying, developing, managing, financing, leasing and marketing select Hines projects in the Southeast Region of the United States. Since joining Hines in 1998, Mr. Gardner managed the financing, development, operations, marketing and land sales for Deerfield, a 554-acre master planned, mixed use land development located in Alpharetta, GA, Palencia, a 2,300-acre master planned, mixed-use community located in St. Augustine, FL, Glen St. Johns, a 200-acre residential community located in Jacksonville, FL, and Asturia, a 500-acre master planned, mixed-use community located in Tampa, FL. Mr. Gardner has also been involved in identifying and financing Azure, a 308-unit Class A multifamily development located in St. Petersburg, FL.

Gardner earned his BS in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.
