Jan Hein Tiedema

Jan Hein serves as Senior Managing Director and Head of the Netherlands, where he is responsible for all real estate activities across the Netherlands, including acquisition, management and development.
Since his appointment in 2024, Jan Hein has been leading the bold redevelopment of a 100,000 sqm mixed-use project in Amsterdam.
As an experienced real estate executive, Jan Hein has a deep knowledge of the Dutch market. After beginning his career at Jones Lang Lasalle in Amsterdam, he spent 15 years with real estate developer EDGE (formerly OVG) where he contributed to the growth of the business in a number of roles, including Managing Director for the Netherlands.
Throughout his career, Jan Hein has been active in various networks including the ULI, NEPROM (Dutch association of developers) and Zuidas Green Business Club.
Jan Hein holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Groningen.
