Kian Fong Lim
Managing Director, Country Head / Singapore
Mr. Lim joined Hines in 2021 as Managing Director and Country Head responsible for new business initiatives in Singapore and Southeast Asia. He has more than 11 years of experience in the Pan-Asian real estate private equity space and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Japanese. Prior to joining the firm, he was the director of portfolio management and head of transactions in Southeast Asia for DWS. Before DWS, he worked at PAG Real Estate based in Tokyo. Throughout his career, he has transacted over $2.5 billion across Asia.
Lim earned his Bachelor of Business Management in Finance and Bachelor of Accountancy from Singapore Management University.
