Sarah is a Senior Managing Director and head of Hines’ U.S. East market. She is responsible for all residential, commercial, and mixed-use acquisitions and developments in the U.S. East, which includes $20 billion in assets under management and offices in New York City, Boston, Washington, D.C., and Philadelphia.

Sarah joined Hines in 2011 as an Assistant Project Manager and has since spearheaded the East’s expansion into seniors housing, single-family lot development, and logistics. She has advanced growth in residential and commercial projects and opened the Philadelphia office. Recent notable projects include South Station Tower, The Hartland, The Apsley, 555 Greenwich, and Chelsea Point. Sarah is also responsible for 6 million square feet of office on behalf of Hudson Square Properties in New York and 13 million square feet of office space on behalf of CDPQ across the United States.

She has been recognized in Commercial Observer’s Power 100 feature since 2022. She serves on the board of Vertex Partnership Academies, a charter school in the Bronx, and the Executive Council for the University of Texas Real Estate Center.

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from the University of Texas and graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
