Tina He

Ms. He serves as Managing Director responsible for asset management and oversight of the operations team for One Museum Place, a 1.8 million-square-foot Tower in Shanghai. She is a key member of the land tendering team and has primary responsibility for all aspects of the project's development. Since joining Hines in 2006, she has served as an Analyst on the River House Team, an Associate and then Deputy Director for California Place, and then Project Director and Asset Manager for One Museum Place.

Ms. He earned her MS in Civil and Structural Engineering from the Xi’an University of Architecture & Technology and her MS in Real Estate Management from the National University of Singapore.
