Tina He is the Head of Greater China at Hines, based in Shanghai. Since joining the firm in 2006, she has built a wealth of experience across development, asset management, fund management and investor relations. Her expertise spans residential, office, and mixed-use sectors throughout Greater China.
Tina has played a pivotal role in several landmark projects, including One Museum Place, where she has been involved since the land tender phase. She led its development and asset management and now oversees ongoing operations for the mixed-use tower.
In addition to her leadership in project development, Tina plays a strategic role in shaping the firm’s investment platform in Greater China. She is actively engaged in capital formation, investor engagement and new investment opportunities, reflecting her broader responsibilities across fund management and long-term value creation.
A seasoned leader with deep market insight, Tina is known for her ability to guide complex projects from inception through operations. She holds a Master of Estate Management from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Civil Engineering from Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
