Tori is a Senior Managing Director, Head of Asset Management Americas and is responsible for all asset management activities for a $54.67 billion portfolio of assets under management in Brazil, Canada, Mexico, Panama, and the United States1.

Since joining Hines in 1994, Tori has played a vital role in acquiring, developing, and operating best-in-class real estate assets across the office, retail, multifamily, industrial, and self-storage product sectors. Tori has been involved in acquisitions totaling approximately $1.4 billion including recent growth within Hines’ living portfolio by acquiring Blu South, a best-in-class build-to-rent community, and the upscale apartment community Life Time® Living at Gables Station. Her office development experience exceeding 1.4 million square feet including leading the development of Hines’ creative office platform in Atlanta with T3 West Midtown and Atlantic Yards, and securing the Microsoft lease which earned the 2020 NAIOP Award of Excellence Office Deal of the Year, representing one of the largest US lease transactions during the COVID pandemic. Within the U.S. Sunbelt, Tori has overseen asset management for a portfolio of more than 9.3 million square feet of commercial assets and 1,400 residential units, completed more than $815 million in debt financings, and disposed of more than $1.5 billion of office assets.

Tori is passionate about capturing and fostering female talent in commercial real estate. She is a founding member of the OneHines Women’s Network, which exists to support and enhance the experience for women at Hines and capitalize on the power of diversity, equity, and inclusion. In addition, Tori orchestrated a partnership between Hines and the Morehouse Real Estate Institute (MREI) to sponsor the re-establishment of MREI and its programmatic initiatives that advance careers in real estate within Atlanta’s HBCUs. Separately, Tori serves on the MREI Capital Campaign Committee.

Tori received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a Master of Business Administration from J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. Outside of work, she is the mother of two college-aged sons, a certified yoga instructor, wellness enthusiast, and a cook who loves to host and entertain.
