Yuri Zanini

Yuri Zanini is a Director, Fund Management, Americas, serving as Assistant Fund Manager for Hines U.S. Property Partners responsible for developing and executing the fund’s investment strategy.

Yuri joined Hines in 2015 and spent the last 2 years focused on advising on dispositions across the Americas coordinating with internal fund, portfolio management, and regional project teams in the execution of asset dispositions. He also executed on portfolio modeling, fund formation, investment strategy, and portfolio management for Hines Realty Income Fund with over $315MM in loan commitments. During his earlier tenure, he was responsible for the portfolio modeling and analysis of all non-traded REITs and comingled funds totaling over $8.8 billion in AUM. Prior to joining Hines, Yuri began his career at EDP Renewables, an independent power producer, in various capacities including Financial Planning & Analysis, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Risk Management developing hedging strategies for power generation totaling over $500MM of annual revenues.

He graduated from the University of Houston with a BBA in Finance and became a CFA Charterholder in 2015.
