In November 2022, HEPP acquired Georgstor with a business plan involving a significant upgrade to the property in order to unlock significant value. With approximately 24,279 square meters and located in the office submarket of St. Georg, the building has multiple tenants and is close to the subway station, “Lohmühlenstrasse”. Looking ahead, we believe this submarket is developing into an extension of the City’s CBD due to attractive rents and location. The building offers significant opportunities for the implementation of essential ESG and sustainability measures.
