Acquired off market in January 2024, Grimma Industrial Park is a well-located 284k sqm site, on which the Fund intends to develop two modern logistics facilities equipped with the highest sustainability and technical specifications.

Located in Leipzig, a market characterized by significant under-supply of Class-A logistics space, Grimma Industrial Park is in close proximity to Leipzig airport and is well situated for distribution across the Saxony region via the highly accessible motorways. Construction will take place in two phases, commencing in Q2 2024. The completed scheme will aim to deliver the highest possible ESG credentials1 with DGNB Platinum certification and Net Zero Carbon in operations.
