(NEW YORK, NY) – Hines, the international real estate firm, is pleased to announce that Chris Keber has joined the firm as a Senior Managing Director in the firm’s new Office of Investments. As a member of Hines’ Capital Markets team, he will have global responsibilities for institutional capital raising, and structuring of commingled funds, programmatic joint ventures and separate accounts.
He will office at Hines’ 499 Park Avenue building in Midtown Manhattan.
Prior to joining Hines, Keber led the global capital raising and investor relations efforts for Starwood Capital Group, a private equity real estate firm.
Prior to that, he worked in the Real Estate Private Funds Group of Credit Suisse, and before that, he worked in leadership positions at real estate investment and architectural design firms.
Keber holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University and a Masters of Business Administration (real estate concentration) from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. He also studied at the University of Edinburgh (UK) and holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licensure.
