(CHICAGO, IL) – Hines, the international real estate firm, held a ceremony on December 18, 2015 to celebrate the topping out of River Point, Chicago’s ultra-modern 52-story office tower being developed by Ivanhoé Cambridge, Hines and Levy Family Partners.
The 1.1-million-square-foot building is located in Chicago’s West Loop submarket and is designed by Pickard Chilton. River Point will offer world-class architecture and first-class amenities, including a 1.5-acre public park and landscaped river walk, restaurants, a fitness center and extraordinary views of the Chicago River and Lake Michigan. The building has been designed to achieve LEED® Gold.
General contractor Lendlease raised the final beam for the building in a ceremony attended by teammates from Hines and Lendlease.
